Alfalfa drying and dehydration plants

A line configuration depends on the moisture and form of the incoming material, required capacity, heat source, final product and site conditions. We therefore begin with a technical assessment rather than a universal configuration.

Depending on the project, we can support individual machines or connected process units for:

raw-material receiving and feeding;
drying and controlled dehydration;
material handling, grinding and preparation;
dosing and feeding to the presses;
baling or pelleting;
cooling, screening and finished-pellet handling where required.

Two main final products

Baled alfalfa

We provide solutions for preparing and stationary-baling forage material. The press and auxiliary equipment are selected according to bale size and density, feeding method and required capacity.

Alfalfa pellets

We help configure feed-pellet lines — from preparation of the dried material to pressing and downstream handling. Specific characteristics are determined after analysing the raw material and production objective.

Pellet presses and lines for different raw materials

In addition to alfalfa, pelleting equipment can be configured for other feed materials or suitable biomass intended for fuel pellets. Each raw material has different preparation, moisture and pressing requirements, so suitability and configuration are confirmed after a technical assessment.

Supply, integration, installation and service

Our work is not limited to supplying one machine. Within the agreed technical scope, we can coordinate line integration, installation, commissioning assistance, diagnostics and subsequent maintenance.

For existing plants, we first confirm the equipment manufacturer and model, operating parameters and observed problem. Spare-part supply is confirmed according to technical compatibility and availability.

Alongside our core specialisation in alfalfa processing, we can also assess industrial grain-dryer projects. The appropriate solution depends on grain type, incoming moisture, required capacity, fuel and site conditions.
